Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to call you if there is any unforeseen delay or your doctor has been called away.
Longer consultation times are available if needed, please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time.
If you or your family requires an interpreter service, we can organise this for you, please let us know when you make the appointment.
Cancelled and Rearranged Appointments
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make the appointment available to someone else. Also, in the event of an unforeseen circumstance, the clinic may also need to rearrange a pre-booked appointment.
Repeat Prescriptions, Medical Certificates & Referrals
In the interest of good medical care, your doctor will normally need to see you if you require a repeat prescription and/or a medical certificate and/or a referral.
Test Results
In accordance with the AGPAL guidelines, test results will not be given to patients over the phone. If you would like to know or discuss your test results, you will need to make an appointment to see you doctor.
Waiting Time
It can be difficult to always run to time and delays are sometimes unavoidable. If the doctor is behind schedule, the receptionist will inform you upon your arrival to the clinic.
